恐怖的睡眠卫生习惯。床只应该用来做两种事：睡觉和性。半夜醒来睡不着尽量做些不刺激的活动，比如听音乐或看书。别在床上用电脑或躺着看电视，这些将会刺激大脑更清醒！（看来床边放几本书比较好，《兄弟》下我还没看呢）
头痛。糟糕的屏幕位置，小字体，屏幕太俺或太亮，糟糕的坐姿通常会导致慢性头痛。（向你的老板要求换更好更大的液晶显示器、舒服的椅子吧，如果不可行就换工作或自己买个放在公司里！）
背痛。还是屏幕位置、坐姿、椅子的问题。另外周末奋战，会导致背部过度伤害。整个一周都坐在电脑桌前，背部已经很虚弱了，所以不要再做些Yard work或提重物的活动。（深有体会，坐电脑前时间长了会背疼，想去Massage，可是Money和Time有限啊，只能起身活动一下，然后继续，好椅子很重要！）
糟糕的注意广度（Attention Span）。典型的极客锻炼他们的大脑长期关注多个任务。奇怪的是，同样这个大脑，如果强迫让它只做一个任务时就做不好了。在会议中听是非常被动的事件，写代码、开发、调试是主动事件，极客的头脑正好没有训练静坐和倾听。（大概就是说兴趣要广泛吧，不要太专注做某些活动）
极客（Geek ）：IT人士、科技狂热者，反正就是用电脑比较多，长期进行高强度、高压力工作，和外界接触少的人。
